Changes are currently being implemented in the teaching and learning models in education. Teachers and educational establishments are in a period of transition from an integration model to one of inclusion, where it is intended to transform school dynamics, to guarantee the rights of students regardless of their physical, intellectual or exceptional condition, as stipulated by the ministry. of education in Colombia in decrees 366 of 2009 and 1421 of 2017, through which it regulates the organization of the pedagogical support service for the attention of students within the framework of inclusive education. As also mentioned in article 13 of the Political Constitution of Colombia "All people are born free and equal before the law, will receive the same protection and treatment from the authorities and will enjoy the same rights, freedoms and opportunities without any discrimination for reasons gender, race, national or family origin, language, religion, political or philosophical opinion. Likewise, the state will promote the necessary conditions to make equality real and effective, additionally, it will take measures in favor of discriminated or marginalized groups. On the other hand, it is important to take into account that the state will protect in particular those people who, due to their economic, physical or mental condition, are in circumstances of manifest weakness and will sanction the abuse or ill-treatment committed against them.
