In every project its planning is necessary, since if it does not occur, there may be shortcomings in the processes or activities; for the case of works civil, not having a sequence of activities previously measured in terms of resources and time there may be delays, insufficient resources, additional activities, etc. Which end up being expenses greater than the budget, extension of execution times and all this translates into the contractor's little competitiveness. Around the above, the need for detailed planning and control for construction projects is visible, seeking with this to be as successful as possible. For this, it is necessary for each engineering work the schedule of activities where organization, performance and assertiveness are reflected in what is formulated; and that is why a schedule of activities is carried out for a single-family country house on two floors for the construction company INVERSIONES MONTES NEIVA S.A.S, one of the Alto de la Sabana country condominium project.
