Resumen
The following work aims to analyze how poorly named Third World countries in Latin America have prepared themselves to face the social, political and economic challenges that have arisen since the late twentieth and early eleventh centuries with economic openings and integration From these Latin American economies to globalization, it is thus that we will enter to observe different factors as weaknesses, opportunities and threats that these countries have had. It is a reality that Latin America faces great challenges within the context of globalization, not only with respect to its economic future, but also within the scope of its history and culture, it is very difficult to assume the changes within the latter scope , because Latin American societies tend to be very traditional and it is for this reason that it is very difficult for them to accept the accelerated changes and in some cases imposed by the developed countries, on the other hand we will study how the policy has influenced, the unstable governments in the economic decisions that have slowed the progress of the integration of Latin American economies as an economic bloc, that have plunged us into backwardness as a region, which has led us to sign more bilateral treaties with powers (TLC) that have not often benefited us or have been useless agreements, that advance as a Latin American economic bloc.
