The purpose of this work is to contribute to the development of people who occupy positions of responsibility and team management, facilitating and supporting the progress of a Humanist Leader & Coach with a culture and a leadership style strongly committed to the development and liberalization of the talent from himself and the people on his team, which will generate greater added value for himself, his team, and the organization. In the Department of Huila, the aforementioned problem is clearly evident, which is why it seeks to work in the organizations of the municipality of Neiva to carry out this project. It seeks to reach the leaders of the different organizations that reside in the city to execute this project, in order to apply the knowledge acquired and thus ensure that these organizations have a benefit and can provide solutions to their shortcomings.
