As future industrial engineers we must be very clear about the degree of responsibility that is carried when hiring personnel, perhaps an excellent choice can bring us great benefits, as it can also generate a problem for the company, it all depends on the degree of professionalism to carry out with the entry of a person to the company. Being able to carry out this work and carry out all the research in the in Electrohuila s.a e.s.p was really very satisfactory since we managed to strengthen our knowledge acquired in the classroom during the classes of the diploma in human talent management. Current organizations operate in an environment of constant changes and high business competitiveness, therefore, it requires having the best resources and the highest quality to be competitive in the market. One of the main elements to be competitive is their human talent, organizations require to have a human management department, which directs all their efforts to ensure that the staff of their organizations is competent, that is, that all their personnel are aligned with organizational policies and objectives, where they successfully carry out their work, producing benefits and added value to organizations. Based on these needs, it is necessary to have processes within the area of human talent, due to the competencies of the company Electrohuila s.a. E.s.p where all employees perform their functions in the "best way" performed in their area in such a way that they feel satisfied with their clearly specified role. The present degree work aimed at the description of the position profiles of the new accounts area starting from scratch because the company did not have the profiles and position manuals, and also in the division of where an update of job profiles.
