Resumen
This article is based on a research conducted in a public school in the department of Antioquia. Through it the authors aim to show some facts about school practices as bullying promoters. The research was conducted with a school etnography methodology used to gather information supplied by different members of the educative community achieving a collective result. It can be concluded that the main forms of bullying in this context are psychological and verbal performing as bullies and victims both students and teachers. The negative effects of bullying are among others the difficulty for different school actors on adapting to the educative environment and the reaching of goals proposed as part of the educative process. Rethink the coexistence in the school context and establish prevention and reduction of the damage that bullying causes could help to achieve a positive interaction between the different actors through behaviors framed in respect and solidarity.
