Resumen
The article presents the results of the research “Learning to learn in Psychology students: a proposal for historical-culturalist intervention”, carried out by the Scientific Studies on Human Development group of the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Holguín, Cuba. The research is based on historical-cultural theoretical references and from a complex perspective as an epistemological basis. Its background is teaching and research experiences and experimental systematizations. The methods used were theoretical and empirical; In the latter, the training experiment was the fundamental axis. Among the most important results, the general foundation of the theoretical-methodological elements that the guiding bases of action (boa) must have to promote the development of strategic learning skills, as well as the description of the structure and function of each of the systems of guiding bases of action, and the implications that the implementation of historical-cultural requirements has for educational innovation or educational practice.
