For that reason, the que forced, the dissonance of existence is on the native, on the dep and definitive identity with the mother earth and the com thing. The effort is on our repair in the repressed myth, int denied; the intention is founded on the energy of will of tens frustrated and confused generations. And it has been granted the power to certify workers who achieve the level of development in the competencies of their jobs, but are Colombian workers really prepared for this evaluation? When taking a look at the business and educational environment of the nation, we find that Colleges, Universities and Educational Institutions, despite having discussed a lot the issue of labor skills, and raising matters for knowledge of the implementation of these in companies , develop educational programs in a way that is not exactly what employers need in the education and preparation of their workers, but the truth is that employers have not established strategies to achieve this union between education and work. In countries like Mexico, evaluation centers have been developed through educational institutions where programs are offered, whose objectives are to train workers according to the needs of the productive sector to which they belong and thus evaluate and certify their work skills, taking into account takes into account the requirements of businessmen. It is true that these industries and these workers are already certified, but if we review it does not even reach a significant total number of active workers who belong to the country's productive sector, and if we look deeper we find that these certifications are are being carried out to the companies' baseline workers, then a second question arises: how are we preparing the operators, technicians and technologists so that they can present their evaluation and achieve certification of their work skills? These questions float in the air, since on the one hand we find companies busy to achieve certification in ISO standards, and to establish a new administrative model of labor competencies. On the other hand, we find universities and educational institutions very concerned about getting the CNA to recognize them as accredited universities, and finally we find Colombian workers who are very concerned about getting a position that gives them security in this panorama of economic uncertainty, and there is no interaction between ISO Standards, Job Competencies, Evaluation Centers and, most importantly, the workers.Publicación Acceso abierto Síndrome de Burnout en la industria farmacéutica(Editorial Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, 2005-11) Caballero Monsalve, DorisThis study stock on attention in the identification of the Burnout syndrome presence in the pharmaceutical industry. In this sense, we must begin by reviewing the constitutional framework as it pertains to Education. Higher Education, this is how the developments that arise from it, such as those contained in Law 30 of 1992 and particularly in its regulatory Decrees, especially 1225 of 1996, propose conditions for the implementation of the activities inherent to doing in Higher Education. referring to the substantive functions of Social Projection as a fundamental or substantive function of the university, along with Teaching and research, constitute an essential element to measure to establish the minimum quality required by the Colombian State. But quality is a concept that is not defined by law, however, there is in the country's legislation a wide compilation of laws, decrees and resolutions that regulate it and make it mandatory. Article 67 of the Political Constitution of Colombia says that education is a right of the person and a public service that has a social function, it seeks access to knowledge, science, technology and other goods and values of It includes the extension of undergraduate and graduate programs that will impact localities and regions as a driver of regional development in the academic, scientific, technological, cultural, political and economic fields. On the other hand, Social Projection can be assumed as the extension of teaching and research services, that is, of the academy as a space for reflection and intervention in the concrete social realities of communities and society. In this sense, the University assumes the social responsibility it has by offering training and higher education programs. Consisting, then, of two fundamental objectives that are an inherent part of the human and scientific training for which the University must prepare its graduates. It is proposed to assume Social Projection as the binding element in the training of future graduates, from two purposes; the generation of social commitment and the transformation of the social realities of the country. Social commitment is understood as the ability to understand and assume a critical and proactive position from attitudes such as solidarity and cooperation. Where understanding involves being able to approach social realities from the sensitivity of the human being as a being in permanent construction. Thus, the development of the person, which is ultimately the goal of education, will not be integral or fully human if we cultivate an authentic attitude of solidarity that makes us feel part of the human race and reality to try to transform all those conditions that distance human beings from their individual and collective development goals. Regarding the attitude of cooperation, we can understand it as the willingness to contribute to the achievement of others' objectives simultaneously with our own; Therefore, a situation can be defined as cooperative as one in which the objectives of the individuals are of such a nature that in order for the objective of one individual to be achieved, all the other members of said situation must also achieve their respective objectives (Brown Social sensitivity conceived as the ability to understand the reality of another through an empathetic attitude, that is, putting oneself in the place of someone different from me in order to contribute to their transformation based on the understanding and feeling of their experience. It implies a broad knowledge and permanent reflection of the social realities of the country and especially those in which human dignity is put at risk. Analyze the relevant social problems of the country starting with elements of judgment that seek alternatives from academic work that transcend the rhetorical discussions generated on occasions in the classrooms and become the objective and the route to follow from this perspective of social commitment.Publicación Acceso abierto Calidad en la educación superior(Editorial Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, 2005-11) Osorio Donoso, FredyThe article treats on fundamental concepts of the high education in the present time: quality, competences, vi evaluation by competences and self-evaluation. The quality concept is worked from a traditional point of view (CNA one of Levy (L.A.D.B.) that works is like conventional economic quality (MILLRACE), but it differences it when enter other different elements such as: promotion of the e development, fairness, tolerance, democratization, critical thought. The competence concept is oriented its origin, its characteristics, to its differences, it interrelates the evaluation and its evolution (from the examination to identify the errors and successes to the negotiation of results with participation of the students), with the evaluation by competences, the roll of the professor and of the student, it is f with the concept of the self-evaluation that implies to evaluate the quality of the processes of evaluation, that will be the thematic one of the next histrion, that when saying of a Cola Who round to the Mayor?.Publicación Acceso abierto Periodos críticos para el desarrollo del lenguaje(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, Psicología, Barrancabermeja, 2005-11) Pulido Sánchez, Sandra CeciliaThe development of the brain has been influenced strongly by the experience in the uterus and the early years of the development. Some of the sensorial routes like the vision, hearing and the tact have a critical period for its normal development in the early life. The development strongly is influenced by the experience during the first years of development (even in the period within the uterus). The differentiation of the neuronal function and the formation of synapse are employees of the experience, which influences in what genes will be activated and how they will work. Therefore, it seems reasonable to conclude that the development of the brain based on the experience in the first years can establish trajectories for the health (physical and mental), the learning and the behavior throughout the course of life. All this evidence is compatible with our understanding of the importance of the development of the boy and the brain to early ages for the future competence, its behavior, and the abilities to face the world.Publicación Acceso abierto Psicología y globalización. Gestión del recurso humano por competencias laborales: un campo por explorar(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, Psicología, Barrancabermeja, 2005-11) Cajas Pabón, Dina MaríaThe term competency, by itself has conducted to marry academic interpretations which have originated different approaches In the labor field, it is not possible to talk about competencies without talking about performance standards. Therefore, we refer to as Occupational Standards based on competencies, or as in Spanish speaking, we talk about labour competencies. An Occupational Competencies System is suplementary of a Quality System but it needs to develop basic competencies, such as language, logical and critical thinking, social and affectiveabilities, starting where people are little children. At this point, Psychology plays a very important role in an interdisciplinary group that works from high school to technical training and university education in order to implement such system based on occupational standards, to organisations that invest and work with Human Resource.Publicación Acceso abierto Ciencia o religión: el choque de dos cosmovisiones(Editorial Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, 2005-11) Serrano Reyes, Juan DiegoAre the scientific and the religious worldviews compatible? Starting from a sweeping characterization of science and traditional religion and their mutual differences, this paper attempts to justify why both outlooks, the scientific and the religious one, are in fact incompatible, and argues for the view that a person must choose which of these two perspectives to adopt, but not both simultaneously, for they are mutually exclusive worldviews.Publicación Acceso abierto Satisfacción frente a la formación sexual de estudiantes de la zona urbana de Montería(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, Psicología, Medellín y Envigado, 2009-07) Puello López, Dioneris; Saleme Negrete, Yadith; Vergara Bertel, ManuelThis research summary purpose was to determine the levels of satisfaction to the process of sexual training in official edu- cational institutions of the urban area of the municipality of Montería; the study was developed under a humanist theore- tical orientation based authors such as Abraham Maslow and Manfreed Max-Neef. The sample were 10 subjects deprived of sleep for 24 hours in the proceedings, records are made of events related potentials (erp) and response of the skin conductance (scR), using the protocol of the international affective pictures System (IAps) and the psychomotor vigilance test (pvT) with the records before during and after of sleep deprivation. The analysis focused on comparing the means of two key steps in the P300 wave in the scR, as is the amplitude and latency of wave, which found a decrease of the amplitude of the P300 wave in frontal areas and increased the amplitude of wave action in the scR after sleep deprivation in comparison with previous records (p<0.01). In evaluating the correlation in these two measures was negative and statistically significant (p<0.01). As for the wave latencies showed an increase in P300 wave latency compared with wakefulness and a decrease in wave scR. The various measures reflected an increase in the emotional reaction, despite the decrease in cognitive function, emotional response becomes more intense after the deprivation of sleep, suggesting a disjunction of emotion after sleep deprivation, and highlights the function of recovery sleep homeostasis in the emotional function.Publicación Acceso abierto Aprendizaje autorregulado y motivación escolar(Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, Psicología, Medellín y Envigado, 2009-07) Luis Álvarez, José; Klimenko, OlenaThe article presents results of a study on the impact of inde- pendent learning skills-building in the initial levels of basic primary school motivation levels students.
