This paper highlights the experience on professional practices in the area of educational psychology at the Escuela Tecnológica Instituto Técnico Central, where a series of situations determine the general view that will enable the methodological tools necessary for the transformation of the reality of the subjects that converge in the school space (teachers, parents, students, managers), since each of them has its own discomforts and demands that ask to be heard. From a psychoanalytic perspective, it tells about these discomforts and the intersubjective framework that they compose, trying to explain the nature of them in the context, it is described from the perspective of each of the relevant actors. Thus, it will sketch out a possible way of intervention, taking elements of artistic expression and psychoanalysis, betting on the displacement of its classical device, where the hearing and the fundamental principles of this practice are held to think the reality to transform it.
