To communicate in an appropriate way, assertiveness should be taken as a mechanism to take new forms of expressing what we want and transmit a positive and enriching knowledge to the children (teachers and other professionals with whom the child has contact), with the parents of family, the orientation to have a better communication in the role of couple and parents, respecting the point of view of the other, expressing the own feeling and listening to the other in order to be more tolerant and receptive and have a greater dialogue and a better coexistence. The aim of the project is to generate patterns to improve communication and to be common to all, in the institution a child who has partial bilateral deafness is a child who does not participate in all activities, prefers to lie down and isolated, is It is important to make children aware of their situation and to participate in the activities, as well as to promote interest in participating in it. The child exhibits aggressive behaviors in the face of his impotence because he is not understood by his peers. Therefore, one way in relation to the subject of communication is to design a tool to help him communicate with his environment and also be extended to the parents so that we all manage the same sign pattern that is worked in the institution and in the house.
