This work will develop a manual of roles and responsibilities for the company INDUALPA Ltd., in order to provide them with technical and practical manual to enable recruiting, selecting and hiring the required personnel with the skills desired by the company. Human Resource Management depends on the culture within the organization and the organizational structure adopted. Further depends on the characteristics of the environmental context, the business sector of the organization, internal features, functions and processes and a number of important variables. In this time of crisis, uncertainty, constraints, problems, threats and difficulties of all species, human resources management becomes increasingly complex, because many organizations consider the relentless cuts payroll or benefits granted to used as the easiest way of reducing costs with immediate, visible effects. Excellent Human Resources Management, is based on the futuristic vision of managers and their ability to manage technological and technical advances that have enabled an avalanche of changes, which many companies have survived and to cope with these changes is important a solid organizational structure and well defined. Today, demographic trends, social, economic and technological require changes in organizations and staff. Faced with these trends, the role of Human Resource Management is evolving. The personnel function is transformed in a specific way that includes changes in employee benefits, new organizational structures, restructuring of career ladders, experimenting with new methods of recruiting and training more workers to help cope with the new knowledge-based jobs. The most striking change is the progressive fusion in the development and implementation of corporate strategy. The company's strategic plan outlines a course of action to follow to become the kind of company that wants to be in accordance with their opportunities and external risks, and strengths and weaknesses. In this context of ideas INDUALPA Company Ltd., is in a process of fundamental review and redesign their processes to achieve dramatic improvements in critical measures and current performance, such as: cost, quality, service and speed. This is directly linked to the posts designed for the organization, since they are the generators of the processes developed to achieve productivity and efficiency. In fact, a charge must be designed (or redesigned) within the parameters of the balance that must exist between the specialization, the concepts of productivity, satisfaction, learning, turnover and organizational goals. In the situation raised the need arises to provide INDUALPA Ltd., a Manual of Functions and powers to provide it to recruit and select candidates with the minimum skills required for proper fitting and identification of each employee within the company. Within this framework of ideas is carried out this research, INDUALPA Company Ltd., which was divided into four chapters presented below: The problem contains the problem statement, research objectives and rationale of the problem. Theoretical Framework, outlines the research background, history of the company and then present the theoretical bases. Methodological Framework, record the type of research, data collection techniques, procedures for achieving the objectives and analysis techniques used in information processing. Manual Roles and Responsibilities, presented the product of this research: The Manual of Functions and Powers of INDUALPA Ltd.
