Conflict situations in most schools of Medellin stopped being a subject of perception of collective imaginaries to become a phenomenon threatening all educational institutions. Interaction taking place in coexistence hosts daily conflict situations, typified as misconduct, which generates tension by the ignorance of authority and dignity between peers, showing family and social problems of students from Medellin, where aggressive manifestations are often verbal, physical or symbolic and are experienced in school stimulating escalation of the conflict. Perception of the conflict has been approached from adults' perspective, it is pertinent to give the students a voice to investigate from the phenomenological approach of the problematizing question: How is the experience of INÉM’s students with regard to the experience of the school coexistence conflicts? From a qualitative approach, in this context, it is intended to make the student's voice visible, to understand how is the experience on the conflicts of the school coexistence in the institution, from the researching line on prevention and management of the school conflict of “Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia.” It is expected that education and psychology will provide theoretical and practical items to understand the school conflict as a new learning experience in daily tension communication processes.
