Resumen
In the intervention that took place in the community of the Rincon de Venecia neighborhood, which had as its objective to carry out the first phase of community development plan of the neighborhood, in accompaniment with the members of the Community Action Board. Using measurement instruments where questions and themes were aborted that allowed identifying important aspects of the community such as: geographical, environmental and security conditions, actors that make presence in the territory, population, housing conditions, level of schooling, income, occupational position , culture, participation. The approach to the community was carried out through a timeline which was shared with the members of the Community Action Board, and subsequently with the community, who appropriated in the design process the first phase of the community development plan, agreeing that the accompaniments would be carried out on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. It was agreed with the president of the community action board, that at the meeting held on April 15, 2018, the agreement between the UCC and the Board would formally be presented to the people registered in the book, an appropriate time for the formal approach to the community and to carry out the application of the instrument (surveys) where the problems and needs faced by the neighborhood on a daily basis were exposed, including security, environmental pollution, cameras, parks, green areas. It was carried out in 365 homes, observing that the disposition of the community for this type of activities is rejected, due to different factors such as: security, relations with the community action board and lack of participation in the activities carried out by the board, reason why which did not allow them to be informed in a large number of the agreement between the Cooperative University of Colombia and the Community Action Board. Workshops were held with the few people who attended to obtain information from the same community, and thus build the community development plan. One of the problems evidenced, the lack of participation of the community in the activities carried out by the Board, is that the neighborhood does not currently have an adequate and sufficient communal hall to attend to the entire population and be able to hold events, meetings, trainings , assemblies and workshops that are directed for the inhabitants.
