In such a troubled country like Colombia, it is encouraging to assert itself in the relationship between the social support and the individual and social welfare. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate about experiences of actors and subjects of the institutions of the Metropolitan Area of Medellin, against the mitigating violence, school life, pro-sociality and resilience to contribute to the macro project construction and validation of an instrument of detection of bullying; the training spaces of prosocial behavior and educational resilience for coexistence and prevention of aggressive behavior. Ten official and private educational institutions with qualitative research methodology were allowed to confronting the problem with the external validity through strategies such as "triangulation" of the results worked. The criterion of structural representation with management focus groups main elements of social conformation was adopted. The bibliographic generated tracking application measuring instruments of social support: questionnaires and scales to explore dimensions of emotional support, tangible and informational; inquiry is essential in future studies to design intervention strategies that ensure social resources. The findings will be the incentives for studies in similar situations and contexts.
