This paper seeks to improve the appraisal process of the Colombian company Ecopetrol SA-petroleum-Cavipetrol through Six Sigma, quality service companies represents their survival in the market. Six Sigma can intrerpretar not only as a method but as a philosophy, is based on improving the processes of statistical tools based pricing, evaluating processes and service through quality tools. With the present work is to identify the sources of poor quality during the procedures and services provided to members in order to control them via p-type control charts (fraction defective) various statistical tools are integrated during the development of this work which executes based on PDCA. for data collection were developed intoaccount affiliates of satisfaction which sought to identify critical points in servicio.se analyze quality data through statistical tools for measuring service qualitative variables, these data to analysis somente linearity and accuracy for an analysis and determine the critical points of the assessment process to be improved, with the above is to improve the appraisal process to levels equal to 6sigma
