Resumen
The School of Support to International Missions, regularly evaluates the instructors through a format that the students complete, in this format the teacher is evaluated by functional competences and behavioral competences, the first ones evaluate the domain and content of the subject, planning and organization of the classes, pedagogy, didactics, evaluation and learning, while the second ones evaluate the instructor's leadership, relationships, communication skills, sense of belonging and creativity. Based on the structure of the aforementioned format, it is possible to identify the need to strengthen the teaching staff of ESAMI in the fields of pedagogy, didactics and creativity at the time of teaching the classes through training in strategies and pedagogical techniques necessary for the excellent development of his work in the classroom
