In this text we develop the planning of the quality process, which is already implemented in the Santander Pension and Severance Fund. We begin with the situational analysis, its current position, institutional philosophy linked to the operational organization of the company and then we focus on the macro operating process from which the portfolio process to which we apply the acquired knowledge emerges. In this paper we emphasized the portfolio process which is of vital importance since it reconciles the figures generating real debts to the companies interested in paying their obligations. We will start working on the quality policy of the company, deployment of the quality policy, dashboard, dashboard followed by the characterization and description of the process. The quality process certified by ISO 9001: 2000 allows to evaluate the state of the company against its competitors in order to remain stable in the market by identifying the processes that generate value in the company directly related to customer satisfaction.
