In order to develop the purposes of the research, concepts based on the sales budget will be used, an instrument designed to objectively identify and assess application factors where it synthesizes the future design functions of the company, coordination of human, material and financial resources and making corrective decisions about the objectives set. The subjects of this research work will be a group of people, employees of National Distrib. Ltda., Which includes the department of the commercial area and those in charge of making and executing a sales budget. This study will be descriptive in nature, aimed at obtaining concrete results on the actual behavior of the commercial area expressed, through clear credit sales policies. It influences the formulation and proper execution of the sales budget.
