This project was carried out thinking about attending to the different problems exposed by teachers and students through socialization in the respective courses where the lack of respect towards teachers, classmates and themselves do not allow a healthy and adequate coexistence, conflicts generational, low school performance and lack of support from parents in the education of their children who see the institution as a "Garden" and not as an educational center where they allow their children to give them basic tools to face the challenges of life. It is important that through this project teachers and students actively participate in the proposed activities in order to strengthen and improve in each of the problem areas. It is expected that in the medium term the changes and contributions made in the workshops, in everyday life, such as having a better coexistence between colleagues, teachers, family members and other people, maintaining an adequate and assertive communication, allowing the recognition of themselves and of others as unique and integral beings immersed in an educational society that cares about helping the less favored, which allows this work to transcend in the long term, in such a way that students generate spaces for educational participation where they themselves are the spokespersons of the coping strategies for the difficulties that arise in the educational institution under the guidelines established by it.
