This project is carried out in order to increase the levels of attention and facilitate the acquisition of social skills in primary school students of the Villa Amalia educational institution; through psychoeducational strategies to improve school coexistence and academic performance. Within the institution it is important to strengthen these aspects since the academic processes are affected considerably by factors such as inattention and aggressiveness; and it is necessary for students to maintain an assertive communication so that coexistence within the educational environment is healthy and contributes to the integral formation of students as well as to favor interpersonal relationships between them. It is essential that psychoeducational strategies be used within classrooms so that children can maintain attention for longer periods of time; to achieve this goal it is necessary to understand that currently families and children are exposed to situations that day after day deteriorate the family system, communication, healthy coexistence among others, these flaws in human beings and specifically in children are variables that they decrease motivation, attention and also deteriorate the good relationships that can be established in different contexts. When children are involved in actions that threaten the dignity of people (physical and verbal aggressions, sexual abuse, discrimination) they begin to react negatively to what the environment demands of them and their cognitive processes are affected because thoughts and Their perception of life is modified as a consequence of the observed.
