The present investigation is developed in order to analyze the importance of the contribution of teachers of the public accounting program in the research training of students, in the work is described from a theoretical foundation as teachers influence the research training of students, through the different research models, thus helping to better critical, theoretical and practical preparation, allowing students to generate a better understanding of the different topics dealt with during the course of the career, on the other hand for the development Two types of surveys were conducted on the results of the research methodology, one aimed at students and the other at coordinators and teachers, in order to assess their perception of research as a fundamental instrument in the academic growth of students. , and of the program, based on the research proposed and reached conclusions that demonstrate the importance of teachers in the research contribution not only of the students, but also of the program, concluding that the students of the UCC manage a high level of research which allows them to contribute on a large scale to the progress not only of the program, but also of the university.
