This research seeks to find the characteristics psycho-social of the sexual aggressors’ minors, bearing in mind aspects as the age, the socioeconomic stratum, the sex, the relation with the victim, the psychological development (indicators of conduct, psychosexual development, family background and affective relationships) and the social development (education, family and interpersonal relationships). This research was carried out on the parameters of the based theory, using a design of investigation qualitative, the information was gathered across the clinical histories of closed cases, using for the organization of the information a counterfoil of analysis, which contains the categories and subcategories pertinent. The population participant were young sexual aggressors attended by the Association We believe in You, in the years 2004, 2005 and 2006, in ages between 14 and 17 years, the socioeconomic stratum is 1, 2 and 3; the selection of the sample was not parametrical, taking the histories of aleatory form. Finally, the obtained results indicate that the characteristics more commons of the sexual aggressors’ minors are: the masculine genre, age of 14 years, from a socioeconomic stratum 2, they use the sexual abuse with physical contact inside the family. Likewise, it is observed that the sexual aggressors possess aggressive conducts, they are not able to control impulses; with antecedents of loss, separation or absence of some family member, which influence directly with the family relationships. On the other hand, in the affective and interpersonal relationships, It is evidenced that the half of the population possesses social skills that allow them to establish and to keep affective relationships with people of the opposite sex, besides, with people of the same sex, and that these characteristics infer in the psychosexual development of the young people.
