Resumen
The objective of this article is to review the empirical studies that determine the different psychological interventions in caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's disease, for this purpose a literary review was used where different researches were examined in reliable databases such as: scopus, proquest, redalyc , sciencedirect, embase and psychodoc, under a range of 6 years ranging from 2012 to 2018, within the findings it was concluded that the psychological interventions most used and in turn more effective in Alzheimer's caregivers are psychoeducation, group therapy, psychosocial intervention and psychotherapeutic interventions, these interventions integrated with other therapies can help make the intervention more fruitful and comprehensive, such that these strategies help reduce stress, anxiety and physical, emotional overload and psychological in formal and informal caregivers therefore improves the mood, physical and mental caregivers and patients.
