This Project doesn’t consist of a conventional planning directed towards investigation, this project consists of a plan made using the Project Management Institute methodology, which is conformed by a series of formats and smaller plans that together make up a major plan for the whole project. This document is conformed by the deliverables of the processes stablished in the PMI methodology, defining from the reach of the project, the planning of the management of the projects resources, the plan to identify and react to risks, the processes of work breakdown and the definition of the activities of the project, to the definition of the schedule and the project’s budget, and the steps that have to be followed for the acquisition of the work force, the materials and the equipment necessary for the execution of the project. Additionally it is annexed to this document the digital files of the planning divided in deliverables, as well as the project’s plan loaded to the project administration software Microsoft Project in which the schedule can be viewed as a Gantt diagram, as well as the resources assigned to each activity and the sequence of activities, which is essential to planning with the PMI methodology. To clarify this project only reaches to the “Beginning” and “Planning” processes of the PMI methodology, since that was the reach stablished for the course’s project.
