This research aims to provide information about outsourcing and this relationship with organizational psychology and human resources area, providing comprehensive and enough information of the theories and researched articles which can be made of advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing in an outsourcing company, and this role in strengthening the human resources area and in obtaining optimal results within the organization. To comply with the objectives arises from a qualitative research model consisting of documentary review, collecting, organizing and analyzing the information generated from the rae research, according to the theoretical study is done the detailed description of what is outsourcing and its relationship with organizational psychology and human resources reaching the conclusion that it is a great support and tools for companies as it generates quality organizational diagnostics, based on the current business dynamics such as the outsourcing process and its annexes.
