The Manual of Functions is a document that determines and delimits the fields of action of each area and position of work; However, every company has administrative and operational positions, so that its operation is appropriate, a manual of profile of charges should be prepared that covers exactly what is the profile, training, education, experience, competencies, for each of the positions of determined work, which allows the worker to be clear about the purpose of his position and the scope of his duties. The objective of this work was to elaborate the Manual of Functions by Competences for the company PROLLANTAS ESA, since it was a necessity for this company because there was not a document so that its workers know in a concrete way what are their roles and responsibilities in each position of work. The employment contract establishes the basic functions for the person to develop their activity, to complement the information it was necessary to conduct an interview with the assistant manager where the profile of positions was confirmed confirming and complementing the information collected through the survey and observation to each worker.
