Taking into account the changing dynamics of the market, it is very important that companies make an alignment so that they are connected to the situations in their environment, allowing them to know the competitive advantages they have and to be able to empower them, that is why it is necessary that companies are not left alone with what they propose in their strategic plan, but rather that they implement an optimal measurement system that allows them to visualize the behavior and performance of the process to which the measurement is being applied, in order to detect the error and thus apply corrective actions that allow reaching the strategic objectives of the organization. To make the proposal of the management indicators it is very important to know the current situation of the company at its strategic, tactical and operational levels, as well as the external part, when knowing the state of the company, you can determine which specific processes need the implementation of the indicators and apply them with the aim of carrying out the area successfully, being more efficient, effective and effective.
