The present study is a comparative analysis of the dental services quality measurement in undergraduate and postgraduate students and external patients of the Cooperativa de Colombia University in Bogotá between 2015 - 2017. The reviewed literature identified conceptual elements aimed at measuring the quality perception, health quality and dental services quality itself, with this it was possible to do an analysis with a descriptive and transversal methodology that integrally exhibits the perception obtained of the dental services clinic attention in Bogotá. The results were analyzed by univariate statistical techniques. Frequency and dispersion measures were carried out, according to the nature of the variables. The sample size achieved only the minimums to execute this process type Frequency and dispersion measures were carried out, according to the nature of the variables. The analysis result for the bivariate analysis were performed chi-square or fisher's exact test and for quantitative variables of mann withney or kruskal wallis. With this information, conclusions were also established that allow for the generation of recommendations focused on generating opportunities for improvement in the dental clinic of the Cooperativa de Colombia University in Bogotá
