Research is the product of a work directed to teachers in the Educational Institution Gran Colombia, official college located in the city of Bogota, Colombia. The study arises from the identification of a field that requires study and intervention as it is behavioral competencies of teachers, being central interest team work. He intention of the research is to develop an implementation plan that will succeed in improving interpersonal relationships of teachers to improve on the internal and external factors of the educational institution. As a general objective is defined design a proposal to develop the behavioral competence team work in the order to strengthen interpersonal relations of teachers in the district to institution Gran Colombia. The proposal develops three specific objectives, the firs diagnose in the institution object of study, the knowledge of the teacher in the face of competition team work. The second technical language identify the importance of teamwork as behavioral competence in the development of the labor climate in the educational institution Gran Colombia. Finally. The third specific objective seeks to analyze the references that structure the proposal for study.
