The management of the human talent is a recent term, many professionals in the topic have realized one without number of practices for many years, which takes as a target to manage the suitable person, in the suitable position, in the suitable moment, these include the planning of the personnel, plan of succession, development of the personnel, and management of the career. The challenges associated with the management of the talent in the modern labor markets are a constant discussion source between academic and professional, but the literature on the topic is scarce and it has grown a little at random. Here a general vision of the literature is offered on the management of the talent, a body of work that includes several disciplines as well as a clear declaration as for what it defines the management of the talent. The new topics in the management of the contemporary talent center on the challenge of the open labor markets, including the retention questions, as well as the general challenge of the management of the suspense, the new models of movement used in jobs inside the same organization and strategic works so that the investments in the talent probably show a major yield. The conceptual literature is examined and you practice on these topics, equivalently it is completed by the evolution of the direction of talent with the time and finally the application of these is observed in the organizations of the municipality of Saravena.
