The entity Bolsa de Empleo opened its point of service at the Villavicencio headquarters of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia in 2017; since then, customer service management has been carried out with the help of students of business administration in recent semesters and who practice their social, business and solidarity in the entity. The exercise of the functions and responsibilities on the part of the current practitioners was a process of development of social, administrative and management skills that allowed to identify those weaknesses and strengths of the entity and devise strategies for improvement and strengthening in the dissemination of the image and functions of the stock exchange that will be mentioned in some reports developed by the students, recommendations and conclusions.
