Objective: to describe the perception of family, social andemotional support the pregnant adoles cents in the municipality of Playon-Santander. Materials and method: The perception of social and emotional support was evaluated by applying the MOS questionnaire to 15 pregnant pregnant women between 13 and 17 years old, this questionnaire assesses a multidimensional vision of support by exploring 3 dimensions: emotional support, social-informational support and instrumental. The perception of family support was evaluated with an Evaluation Scale of Family Relationship and Support, which allows to know how family relationships are related to what they think, feel and think in their two evaluated dimensions: perception, union and family support. This investigation is of a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional type, the selection of the sample was made by non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The data analysis was performed using the Microsoft Excel program. Results: In the sample, it was found that 46.6% of adolescents mostly result in pregnancy in the age range between 15 and 16 years, with the average age of being pregnant at 15 years (range 13-17 years). ); Likewise, 53% belonged to the low and middle socioeconomic stratum, 20% finished their baccalaureate, 53.3% lived with their parents, 67% attended the second trimester of pregnancy, which included between 14 and 26 weeks, 53% of the adolescents have a low perception of emotional support, 80% with a regular perception of social-instrumental support, 40% reflect a poor perception of social-informational support and 46.7% (7) of pregnant adolescents reflected a perception of a regular range of family support. Conclusions: It is observed that among the lowest socioeconomic level the pregnant adolescent is found, the emotional, social-instrumental and informational perception is low and the perception of family support is regulated.
