The goal is to achieve the fairest distribution of income and benefits, which should improve market access conditions and offer greater bargaining power to less-resourceful tourism stakeholders, which is why all of Caden's initiative A of value should be based on the market and besides it is recommended to analyze the commercial opportunities that exist for small producers and micro tourism entrepreneurs. According to the UNWTO, the tourism offer refers to "the set of tourist products and services made available to the tourist user in a particular destination, for their enjoyment and consumption." The tourist offer is integrated by the elements that motivate the tourist to choose a specific destination and satisfy all their necessities.
