Resumen
Peace with a territorial approach allows opening new ways to combat the gaps left in armed conflict and to launch territorial development that facilitates the reconciliation and reconstruction of the population affected by violence. Therefore, the project describes the social conflicts experienced in the communities that live in the municipalities of Barrancabermeja, Puerto Boyacá and San Pablo Bolívar and the conception that the inhabitants have about the underlying reasons for the armed conflict; The study is described under the qualitative paradigm and includes techniques such as: characterization, cartography, map of actors, focus group and interviews. Now the study had the participation of 27 organizations and it was obtained as a result that the social problems present in the three municipalities are the same and their incidence equal, also it is evident that the causes of the conflict still persists and it is concluded that the territorial peace it can not be obtained if development plans are not established that favor the integration and participation of communities in society, in turn highlighting the need to establish legal and psychosocial regulatory bodies. Finally, the results are a contribution for the formulation of the development plans, the generation of strategies for reconciliation among the affected communities and the improvement of the perception of the communities against the intervention of the State in the territories.
