The business practice process was carried out in the Division of Management and Customer Service of the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs Section Barrancabermeja for a period of four (4) months, with the aim of applying and acquiring knowledge for the exercise of my profession as a Public Accountant. In the present report I will share my experience and what I have learned in subjects such as the Electronic Information Services of the Dian and the ignorance of these by some accountants.
