The interaction of the affective relationships and the parental styles of the family constitute the basis of the attachment, serving as an important component for the emotional development of the children. The affective bond is fundamental for the integral development for the affective bonds that are created with the family, the close people and the support network in general, having as objective, to carry out a systematic review of the literature about the promotion of secure attachment and the parental bonds in the emotional development of the children, describes the components of attachment and the parental bonds that affect the emotional intelligence of the children, conceptualize the variables and the components that affect the development of the children, determine the existing relationship between secure attachment and parental bonds in the development of children. The results of the research, the approaches to the objectives set, the systematic review of the literature on the promotion of secure attachment and the parental links in the emotional development of the children, the components of attachment and the parental bonds that affect development of children, conceptualize the variables and components that affect the development of children, determine the relationship between secure attachment and parental bonds in the development of children, The most relevant conclusion to reach, was that fulfilled the main objectives that was a systematic review of the literature on the promotion of secure attachment and parental bonds in the emotional development of children and this has been achieved thanks to the different articles and research consulted for this review, its results and recommendations.
