Resumen
The feminist struggles in the world are of old, the movements that have resulted from these led to the birth of the gender approach, so that from the same and taking into account the traditional discrimination that has been the subject of women through the times , this has allowed him to gradually occupy spaces in society, within the labor, political, legal, educational fields and in many facets of the private and public life of the people, fighting strongly against old-fashioned phenomena such as machismo and segregation in all its forms because of sex, which has led to the structuring of several theoretical trends in the field to combat this form of discrimination so prevalent worldwide. Despite the encouraging outlook in this area, in many countries, especially in Latin-speaking countries, from time to time the crime of women by their partner or ex-partner has been presented with relative frequency, which has led to the taking of awareness of governments and legislators, in the sense of hardening both penalties and behavior related to aggression against women, to make men aware that women are thinking beings and deserve dignity and respect. In this sense, the awakening has not only been from states and governments, but from the international community itself, which has turned feminicide into a crime that threatens the human rights of the human person represented in women, which implies a commitment large number of states with human rights organizations to prevent and repress this type of violence against women and the consequences that this entails, because it is hoped that before the end of the first decade of the millennium, the figures of aggressions against women for their excreta decrease considerably.
