The aim of this project is to prepare an improvement plan for citizen attention in the Santa Marta District Secretary of Education, for this reason an analysis is sought to allow the development of said development. In this work the descriptive methodology was implemented and the information collection was based on surveys and observation, as well as the support of texts and bibliographic references on the concepts of customer service, information system and citizen attention. As a general result, a continual improvement plan was designed for the processes carried out in the Citizen Attention System (SAC) of the Santa Marta District Education Secretariat, within the possible failures in the Citizen Service processes. It was also possible to conclude that, based on the evaluation and analysis of the processes, this research work manages to consolidate eight (8) improvement activities where they are proposed, implement an action plan as a tool in decision making, sensitize the officials , review of the documentation of the processes, internal audits, verification of indicators, create internal suggestion box and motivate the use of the use of the SAC through the web. Thus leading the fulfillment of this project.
