The following report will be able to demonstrate the various activities carried out in the realization of my professional practice to opt for the title of public accountant, which was carried out in the Division of Management of customer services in the DIAN sectional Barrancabermeja will also be able to know about the different electronic computer services that it carries out in the entity, as well as some of the different procedures that are made as special requests and the ESAL. The Customer Service Management Division implements programs aimed at promoting the culture of internal and external service that defines the Central Level; Coordinating and controlling customer service and assistance processes at the points established in each Sectional Directorate to facilitate and promote voluntary compliance with their obligations; the Customer Management and Assistance Division receives, controls and processes the procedures for registration, updating, cancellation and other special requests from the Single Tax Registry, through the service channels established.
