In the world there is a wide variety of bags, suitcases or accessories that serve to carry personal items of men, women and children. In the case of women, it is very particular that their handbags must be accessories that, in addition to being pleasing to the eyes of other people, must possess specific attributes and not only fulfill the simple task of carrying their intimate objects. One of them is to have a great facility to find the objects quickly or to have them at hand when it is necessary; that is, to be practical in their interiors. And it does not necessarily have to be applied to the inside of the bag, but it refers to the object as such. As it is necessary that said accessory is easy to remember where it has been left. Hikari is a new product: it is a device with led light, rechargeable and portable for women who use handbags and sports bags from 15 to 40 years old, providing them with visibility and time when looking for their objects. In this order of ideas, this document will present a proposal for a business structure, which refers to a device that can be attached to women's handbags so that they can have greater comfort when using said accessory, making reference to a case as particular as finding objects, for example. In this proposal the elements that are part of a detailed structure of a business plan such as the marketing study, the production study and the financial study will be taken into account.
