Slavery as sexual violence in the context of the internal armed conflict in Colombia is considered a victimizing fact that is directly associated with any act against the will of women; Is a fact that undoubtedly attentive to the dignity, the right to life of every human being and to live freely in the environment that surrounds it. Thus, rape, sexual slavery, pregnancy, prostitution and forced abortion, among other acts of victimization within the framework of the internal armed conflict in Colombia, are considered crimes against humanity due to their seriousness as they are behaviors that are carried out against the will of the victim. However, it can not be denied that many of these cases of sexual violence are mostly denounced by victims because of the fear of retaliation for them or their families, as well as the degradation or embarrassment caused by sexual abuse An unjust society that in certain circumstances can get to judge them. With regard to sexual violence, it should be noted that the internal armed conflict in Colombia has its beginnings since about 1960; From that date to the present day, innumerable acts of victimization have been generated such as displacement, murder, kidnapping, extortion, enforced disappearance, recruitment of children and adolescents, antipersonnel mines, sexual violence, attacks against public property, among other terrorist acts that undoubtedly Have directly and indirectly affected the entire Colombian territory.
