The aim of this article is to identify the main actors involved in the governance of water in Furatena’s township located in Utica; they were identified as the leaders of the Communal Action Board, and the Aqueduct Management Board, also those who are involved in the community’s decision making. The qualitative approach was used, joined to chance sampling and the participation of Furatena’s inhabitants.
