Fircon SAS is a Colombian company dedicated to the maintenance and installation of fiber optics with more than 20 years of experience in the market, which provides an extensive service to its customers and offers a large portfolio of services related to telecommunications. Its clients are national and international with great recognition in the country where its main headquarters are located and also where they handle different branches, which are provided with the different telecommunications services that allow the good functioning and availability of the service when need. The purpose of this project is to design a catalog of services under the reference of good practices of ITIL which shows the importance of having a good management, control and management of information at the company's internal level, thus providing a service of good quality to the internal and external customers of FIRCON SAS.
