This work seeks to develop the profiles of positions by competencies of the different areas in the company DISOLPIN, seeking to support the management of human talent, improving performance and efficiency in the execution of the tasks of employees. The profile of positions by competencies establishes the requirements and requirements for a worker to perform adequately in his position; in the same way it allows the company to have qualified personnel with experience, competent and able to execute the functions assigned to their job. In the proposed profile format, the mission of the position, responsibilities, academic training, knowledge, technical skills, work experience, responsibilities of the position and risks associated with each position were set. The manual allows the company DISOLPIN "to know the situation in which it is in reference with human talent and allow to incorporate or reform appropriate trends for the different processes of management and operation of the staff of the organization in order to meet their objectives and goals . In addition, it allows to train its personnel in accordance with the existing needs of the positions, interpersonal relationships, customer service or current regulations.
