Resumen
Throughout the history of Colombia, there has been a bloody war for more than fifty years by groups outside the law. Children and adolescents have been immersed for different reasons in the armed conflict; they have had to suffer the hardships of war and have not seen any other option than belonging to insurgent groups, perhaps because of the same situation in the country that has mistakenly pushed them to long for new beginnings and others have had to live or see as families through of the years are broken by violent acts. Today, through Legislative Act 01 of 2016, the Colombian State headed by President JUAN MANUEL SANTOS CALDERÓN began peace talks with the most numerous and relevant insurgent group on the battlefield; The Revolutionary Forces of Colombia - People's Army, FARC-EP, from which a peace agreement is born for the cessation of hostilities and to end a war of so many generations. The State has advanced processes with institutions of national order and that are of the utmost importance to protect the children and adolescents who have been an active part of this armed conflict; In this way, we can offer special guarantees for their re-socialization and incorporation into civil life, which will be made known in the development of the investigation.
