Currently it is important to see the different tools to make it possible for a certain product to reach many parts of the world, therefore, it is essential to be globally competitive, through this project based on the creation of an aromatic herb export company. Colombians to Hamburg (Germany), the need arises to open markets where the product is accepted and has a high demand, on the other hand, to focus on a different sector in which Colombia has stood out, which allows it to be good profit to this product. Therefore, it is intended to highlight the importance of focusing the business idea with an export plan and thus opening up new international markets, in addition to opening up great income possibilities for the country, taking advantage of the important geographical location that Colombia has in the American continent, allowing the export of different products through the seaports and airports, as well as the advantage of obtaining two oceans such as the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. "Approximately 400 species of aromatic and medicinal plants are known in the country, of which 130 are highly commercialized in the national market", therefore, in the country strategies are being developed to be competitive and obtain benefits from each of these species. Colombia has all the conditions to compete in the foreign market, as is the German market which is one of the main countries consuming aromatic herbs, also taking into account the FTA signed with the European Union which leads to several benefits and where They open new opportunities to market this product. Initially the exporting company will focus on the commercialization of Albahaca under the COLHIERBAS brand, giving a guarantee of a highly natural and nutritional product, contributing with the care of the environment, ensuring the welfare of consumers and guaranteeing the standard of living and health of the community. At present the characteristics of the agricultural sector, legal requirements, economic factors, social and cultural factors, technological, environmental trends, the main competitors in the national and international market, analysis of SWOT identification, market study, identification of possible customers as are the wholesale distributors located in Hamburg, export trend from Colombia to Germany which allows the estimated amount of export. On the other hand identification of suppliers, required infrastructure, location of the company, labor required and finally the financial study of the project, which will allow to know the economic and financial viability of the project, identify the amount necessary to start the business, profitability, return on investment, determine the costs of marketing, administration and sale, determine sources of financing and project the financial statements of the company.
