Bearing in mind that Arauca COMFIAR's family compensation fund manages advertising for each activity and service provided, the need arises to develop strategies that help to reduce advertising costs and also to make them agreeable with the environment. The strategy consists in the conception of a technological element that allows the whole affiliated population and the community in general to be aware of the activities that are executed monthly and occasionally, taking to the cell phones of each person the mentioned advertising and consolidating a potential market within the corporation. Finally, the greatest achievement with the implementation of this system is to promote the services of the corporation, reduce the consumption of paper in the administration of each service unit, minimize advertising costs and promote a citizen culture focused on the preservation of the environment and the adaptation to the new information systems that constitute better alternatives for the use of resources.
