The next research Project was developed in order to propose deifferent relational marketing strategies in SUMYCOM’S organizational qualification in Bogota; this organization is aimed to the importation of compressor supplies, pneumatic tolos, hydraulic and apre parts for building, mining, civil work and industry for Colombian terrotory, taking into account the different relational marketing strategies that are proposed. It is seeked to find a way to analyze the effectiveness of each one of them. So that, the factors are identifiedadnd they are allowed to outstand in the market.
