This article explores the identification of strategies that can be implemented in Colombia in the field of International Physical Distribution (DFI), which leads a country to improve its competitiveness, and in this way for the development of new negotiation proposals for the country. . Globalization is the term that consolidates the integration between all countries of the world, the medium of technology and global connectivity becomes much easier. In the same way, large and medium-sized companies implement strategies that allow them to have opportunities for an international trade operation. Adequate amount of origin in the place of destination, in the necessary time and at the lowest possible cost, compatible with the required service strategy. In this sense, the process of (DFI) links everything related to the transfer of the product from the producer to the end user, including the current stages, the analyzed analysis and the study of the exhaustive form to implement a logistics system.
