The purpose of this monograph is to perform the evaluation of internal operational control in the handling of inputs of the academic practices of the Medicine program at the Cooperativa de Colombia University (UCC) under international auditing standards, to generate recommendations in the organization of an inventory control system that contributes to establish and identify a more agile procedure of the stocks that are possessed as inputs for the laboratories of academic practices, likewise it is intended to know the value invested in this inventory, since these are items that represent Financial resources and are the fundamental support to perform different practices with medical students. For the design of the inventory system it was necessary to carry out an evaluation to the internal control system that identified the current situation of the process carried out by the Cooperativa de Colombia University at Villavicencio headquarters and how it is administered. Considering that the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia currently works manually with formats in Word and Excel, a proposal was made where it is considered to migrate towards Information Technologies as a support of administrative support that allows to take control of inventories of the inputs of practices medical that allows to provide opportunity and security in the control of inventory, in this way it seeks to automate the tasks of the warehouse. Among the results, it is proposed to obtain queries and reports required by the users, a monitoring and control of the inputs that enter and leave the warehouse to the different departments of the medicine program and Practical Learning Environments (APA).
